Personal registration
The required minimum age for a personal registration is 14 or higher according your domestic laws, to register companies the minimum age is 18.

Corporate registration
A corporate registration requires your personal registration first.
Company members - Legal entities (hereinafter referred to as a "company" or "companies") that accept the following conditions:
1. Ownership conditions
• The company may only be owned by its owners, managers, employees and former employees. Or it is non-profit or a customer cooperative.
The shares of other owners must either be converted or paid out.
• A supervisory board shall consist only of co-owners and former employees, as well as 3 other persons (management consultant, capital provider, capital holding company).
• Subsidiaries shall also become members. Corporate investments must be converted or terminated.
2. Financial conditions
• The company must not make long-term operating losses (over 3 years).
• The company must not have interest-bearing debts or bonds.
Interest-bearing debts and bonds must either be repaid or converted.
• Commercial property: Longterm either owned by the company or a tenant company; For rent, not a fixed amount but a percentage of the business income;
• Wages/salary: no salaries; maximum wage a maximum of 4 times the minimum wage, profit bonuses also in this ratio, higher executive bonuses only in company units;
• Claims against the capital holding companies and companies can be used for the settlement of claims that companies have to accept.
3. Ethical conditions
• The company must be in harmony with nature, should cause no health or environmental damage und must not act against life. Otherwise, facilities may not be constructed or operated.
• The company must not produce or sell any products that are harmful to the environment or health.
• The company must be fair to its employees (fair wages and good working conditions, profit sharing) and fair to its customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
4. A transition period of one year applies from the date of registration to comply with the conditions. The company is a provisional member until it passes all points of the admission conditions.
5. The company must accept one of the applying management consultants. This consultant is allowed to carry out monitoring activities at company expense with the right to inspect the books and facilities. The company is obligated to permit and support thism. As long as the admission conditions are not met, they can be carried out as often as needed, otherwise yearly. However, if the company is not blocked, it can terminate the cooperation at any time.
6. Capital can be provided from a cooperative for capital providers via an income-sharing agreement. Repayments are based on company performance: 10% of net income (revenue less costs) in 100 installments of 1.5% of the capital provided. If the company fails, then the board of directors is obligated to integrate the company into another or transfer the capital liabilities to other, new or future companies. A capital payment may be on hold if the capital use is not compatible with any conditions, except for capital to fulfill conditions.
7. In cases of refusal to pay or suspected fraud the company can be blocked until all claims are paid. If conditions are disregarded and a warning is ignored, the company can be burdened with capital liabilities.
8. Banks and credit institutions, as well as political and religious organizations, cannot become members except for affiliated companies/organizations.
